Ford employees and their family members are eligible for employee discounts to use toward their next new Ford lease or purchase. The discount received depends on the type of plan you fall under and the type of vehicle, which are priced at fixed discounts for each plan. Employees and family members can lease or purchase up to two new Ford vehicles per year under the plan.
Ford X plans are also available for Friends & Neighbors, Supplier Partner Recognition, and Fleet Account Employee Appreciation for individuals sponsored by a Ford Motor Company employee or eligible affiliate program. Partner Recognition pricing (X-Plan) is a special pre-determined price, which is noted on the dealer invoice, which is based on the following: Ford Employee (A-Plan): Dealer Invoice - (0.4% * Dealer Invoice) + Administration Fee* ($275 Administration Fee).
